About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Software Engineer with strong full stack development expertise and a passion for innovation in the HealthTech space.

This role requires hands-on engineering capabilities, rapid prototyping experience, and direct client interaction, particularly with US-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Build rapid prototypes and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate ideas and solutions.

- Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and integrate Generative AI-based features and solutions where applicable.

- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure application development.

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data teams.

- Continuously improve development processes and adopt best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6 to 8 years of experience in full-stack software development.

- Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory).

- Hands-on experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.

- Proven experience in rapid prototyping and building POCs.

- Exposure to Generative AI with at least 23 years of relevant project experience.

- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and system design
