Senior Staff Software Engineer - .Net/React.js

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead technical initiatives and contribute to team leadership with a tactical and strategic mindset.

- Architect, design, and develop APIs and microservices using modern frameworks.

- Own end-to-end product lifecycle : collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams.

- Deliver iterative, high-quality, and scalable solutions aligned with product roadmaps.

- Develop RESTful microservices using an API-first approach and integrate with customer systems.

- Actively participate in CICD, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure initiatives (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).

- Champion code quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across the engineering team.

Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in .Net and C#.

- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Ember, or others).

- Experience with event-driven architecture.

- Deep understanding of API design and development.

- Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Proven experience in cloud-native development (AWS or GCP).

- Demonstrated experience building large-scale, consumer-facing SaaS platforms.

Preferred Skills and Experience :

- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.

- Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.

- Experience with performance optimization and scalability techniques.

- Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
