As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing our web-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) system using Microsoft technologies.

You will lead and mentor a team of software engineers, and contribute to the growth and success of our product.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of complex web-based EHR systems using MVC, .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.

- Assist/Help Architect scalable and high-performance solutions, ensuring the best practices in software design and coding standards are followed.

- Implement front-end components using MVC, React, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS 3.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, create project plans, and ensure timely delivery of software solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior software engineers, providing technical expertise and promoting best practices in software development.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Sc, Software Eng, or a related field.

- Proven experience in web application development using Microsoft technologies, including MVC, .NET Core, C#, and JavaScript.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and front-end frameworks like React, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS 3.

- Familiarity in SQL Server database management & performance optimization.

- Familiarity with MongoDB for handling specific services is a plus.

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.

- In-depth understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to architect and implement scalable and efficient solutions.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
