Senior Staff Python Architect - Backend Development

Role Overview :

Seeking a Senior Staff Python Architect with 12 - 17 years of software engineering experience to architect scalable backend systems, APIs, and data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead design and implementation of highly available RESTful/GraphQL APIs and asynchronous backend workflows using FastAPI/Django.

- Optimize backend system performance, database queries, memory management, and concurency handling.

- Establish standards for CI/CD, test coverage, automated security scanning, and static code analysis.

- Collaborate with Data Science and Frontend teams to design seamless interfaces and integrations.

Technical Skills :

- Advanced Python, FastAPI, Django, Flask, Asyncio, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure.

Leadership Focus :

- System design authority, defining domain-driven design standards, tech stack evaluation, and cross-team execution.
