We are looking for an experienced Staff Product Designer with a proven track record of building and scaling design systems for large-scale products (B2B and/or B2C).

This role requires deep expertise in crafting end-to-end design experiences, leading design teams, and shaping design strategy at scale.

The ideal candidate will combine a strong eye for detail with the ability to drive strategic design initiatives across multiple products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and scale design systems from scratch for multiple products with proven high-growth impact.

- Ensure design consistency, reusability, and scalability across platforms.

- Deliver high-fidelity UI designs, interaction models, and workflows for large-scale products.

- Translate complex product requirements into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define and refine product experiences.

- Lead and mentor a team of designers, driving excellence in design craft and process.

- Provide guidance, feedback, and career development support to junior and mid-level designers.

- Partner with cross-functional leadership to align design strategy with business goals.

- Advocate for user-centric design decisions backed by research and data.

- Define and evangelize best practices in design systems, accessibility, and usability.

Mandatory Requirements :

- Experience : Minimum 6+ years of hands-on product design experience with proven expertise in building and scaling design systems.

- Design Systems : Must have built design systems from scratch for multiple products (B2B and/or B2C), demonstrating scalability and business impact.

- Current Designation : Must currently hold a Lead / Staff Product Designer or above designation.

- Team Management : Minimum of 1+ year of recent experience as a Team Lead / Manager.

- Portfolio : Must present a strong portfolio showcasing design systems, high-fidelity UI designs, and interaction models for large-scale products.
