Required Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in backend/platform/cloud infrastructure roles

- Expertise in hashtag cloud-hashtag native hashtag architectures (AWS/ GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform

- Strong experience with streaming platforms (Kafka, Flink, Pulsar), data lakes, and OLAP systems

- Deep understanding of CI/CD, GitOps, deployment pipelines, versioning, and rollout strategies

- Strong coding proficiency in Java or Python

- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Postgres, DynamoDB, MongoDB)

- Hands-on experience building modular internal tooling, SDKs, or reusable infrastructure templates

- Experience driving platform-wide performance, observability, and cost efficiency efforts

- Excellent communication skills, and a strong track record of cross-team technical leadership Nice to Have

- Experience working with GenAI tools or LLM-based developer workflows (e.g., Copilot, Cursor)

- Exposure to edge-cloud integrations, OTA updates, or telemetry pipelines

- Experience in designing systems to support transitioning from single product architecture to a multi-product ecosystem will be a big plus.

- Critical thinking, ability to navigate large, distributed codebases, understand architectural trade-off and system design thinking are important.
