Note :
- 10 - 15 years of experience in EM / IR analysis within semiconductor or VLSI domain
- Experience working on block-level and full-chip designs

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Perform signoff-level EM and static/dynamic IR drop analysis across multiple modes and power scenarios
- Execute vector-based and vectorless IR drop analysis for both block-level and full-chip designs
- Identify root causes of IR/EM violations and provide effective fixing recommendations
- Analyze design weak points and propose optimizations for improved power integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including power, package, physical design, and timing to drive design improvements
- Provide actionable feedback to enhance design robustness and reliability
- Develop automation scripts/tools for reporting, debugging, and ECO generation
- Set up, maintain, and optimize environments for power integrity analysis
- Mentor and train junior engineers to improve team productivity and quality
Experience Required :
- 10 - 15 years of experience in EM/IR analysis within semiconductor or VLSI domain
- Strong expertise in tools such as RedHawk, Voltus, Cadence Innovus, and PrimeTime
- Solid understanding of physical design and timing analysis concepts
- Experience working on block-level and full-chip designs
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in power integrity issues
- Experience in automation (e.g., scripting using Python, TCL, or Shell) is a plus
