The Senior Staff Engineer Informatica PIM will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing robust Informatica Product Information Management (PIM) solutions to support enterprise-wide product data management requirements.

- The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, consistent, and governed product data across multiple business systems.

- The candidate will lead system configuration and customization of Informatica PIM, including workflows, business rules, validations, and APIs to support product data onboarding, enrichment, and lifecycle management.

- This role requires strong hands-on expertise in optimizing PIM workflows to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.

- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrations between Informatica PIM and other enterprise systems such as ERP, eCommerce platforms, Master Data Management (MDM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and other downstream applications.

- Ensuring seamless data exchange through REST/SOAP APIs and web services will be a key aspect of this role.

- The position also involves designing and optimizing product data models, hierarchies, taxonomies, and attributes to meet evolving business and technical requirements.

- You will support product content onboarding, data cleansing, enrichment, and validation processes while ensuring adherence to data governance standards and compliance policies.

- As part of ongoing operations, the candidate will provide L2/L3 support for PIM-related incidents, enhancements, and performance optimization.

- This includes troubleshooting complex technical issues, implementing fixes, and recommending system improvements to ensure platform stability and scalability.

- The role requires close collaboration with business users, product managers, and data governance teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Clear documentation of technical designs, system configurations, and operational procedures is expected to support knowledge sharing and long-term maintainability.

- You will also be expected to recommend and implement best practices for PIM development, data governance, and process optimization, helping the organization maximize the value of its product data ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with the latest versions of Informatica PIM

- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, XML, XSLT, and JavaScript for system customization and extensions

- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration tools

- Exposure to retail, manufacturing, or eCommerce product data environments is preferred

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams

- Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
