Senior Specialist - RPA Apps

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Specialist - RPA with strong hands-on expertise in Blue Prism (v7.2) and Power Automate to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions across finance processes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in both in-house and consulting environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism and Power Automate

- Collaborate with business and finance teams to automate AP, GL, P2P, and R2R processes

- Manage integrations with APIs, Cloud platforms, and Databases

- Ensure robust automation governance and reusable components

- Document automation workflows and maintain process logs

- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations for efficiency

- Work independently with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Must Have Skills :

- 8 - 15 years of overall experience in RPA development & solutioning

- Strong hands-on experience in Blue Prism (v7.2)

- Working knowledge of Power Automate

- Integration experience with API / Cloud / DB (any one)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have :

- Functional understanding of Finance processes (AP, GL, P2P, R2R)

- Experience in banking, consulting, or insurance domains

- Exposure to RPA governance and CoE setup
