Position : Manager : Graphic Designer

Location : Hyderabad

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Design professional with 510 years of proven expertise. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with hands-on experience in creating high-quality presentations, email designs, brochures, PDFs (InDesign), and other marketing collaterals. A B. Design/M. Design degree is required.

Key Responsibilities :

As Manager Graphic Designer, you will :

- Work across a wide range of digital and print projects to support firmwide branding, marketing, and recruitment initiatives.

Conceptualize, strategize, and produce creative deliverables such as :

- Recruitment material

- Core brand assets

- Document templates

- Presentations and data visualizations

- Brochures and website graphics

- Manage and organize the firms digital assets for easy accessibility and consistency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with business objectives and brand guidelines.

Qualifications :

Basic Requirements :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design (B.Des/M.Des) or equivalent.

- 5-10 years of professional experience in visual design/graphic design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, with a solid foundation in typography and a clean,

impactful aesthetic.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage projects and stakeholders

effectively.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.

- Proactive, collaborative, and curious with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Requirements :

- Degree from NID or other top design institutes.

- Proficiency in both Mac and PC environments.

- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel charts).

- Experience in UX/UI design and data visualization.
