Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly technical Data Science and Machine Learning Senior Specialist to lead the end-to-end delivery of our enterprise AI/ML solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for predicting, extracting, and deploying meaningful trends and predictive models from massive, raw datasets to support automated, data-driven business decisions.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned mathematical and programming leader who bridges the gap between raw statistical data engineering and modern cloud-scale machine learning systems. You will own the technical delivery of AI/ML projects, design scalable models suitable for automation, manage data augmentation and loading processes, and mentor junior data scientists inside an advanced analytics ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- AI/ML Project Delivery : Lead the full lifecycle of AI/ML project execution, ensuring that models are rigorously developed, validated, and successfully integrated to solve complex business problems.

- Model Design & Experimentation : Design and implement data analysis routines, machine learning models, custom algorithms, and statistical hypotheses to transform business constraints into analytical frameworks.

- Advanced Analytics & Mining : Apply data mining, predictive modeling, prescriptive modeling, mathematics, and advanced statistical methodologies to uncover intricate data patterns and trends.

- Pipeline & Augmentation Design : Design efficient data loading, structural data augmentation, and feature engineering techniques to maximize the accuracy and operational robustness of automated models.

- Stakeholder Partnering : Partner closely with business stakeholders and product managers to translate open-ended business problems into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.

- Technical Mentorship : Serve as an active technical mentor to guide junior data scientists through model tuning, debugging, and analytics related problem-solving.

- Domain Innovation : Research, study, and stay continuously updated on emerging analytics tools and frameworks (including Cloud systems and LLMs) to maximize system efficiency.

Required Technical DNA :

- Core Languages & Data : Expert-level mastery of Python and advanced SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

- Core Data Science : Deep theoretical and practical proficiency in Statistics, Mathematics, and Machine Learning algorithms.

- Tenure : 7+ years of dedicated, hands-on enterprise product experience inside the Data Science field.

- Cloud & Modern Stack (Nice to Have) : Direct engineering familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or parallel cloud native services.

- Generative AI Exposure : Foundational knowledge or hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into data workflows.

- Education : Master's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
