What youll do :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-based solutions across key business systems

- Collaborate with business and tech teams to translate problems into deployable models

- Work with structured and unstructured data using Python and open-source ML/DL frameworks

- Leverage cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) for scalable deployments

- Implement MLOps and DevSecOps practices for robust AI pipelines

- Mentor team members and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery

What were looking for :

- 5-10 years of experience in AI/ML solution design, execution, and deployment

- Strong hands-on skills in Python, ML/DL/NLP frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, AutoML)

- Cloud experience with AWS or Azure

- Understanding of Generative AI concepts and practical implementation

- Strong individual contributor with proven ownership of end-to-end AI projects

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Education :

- Masters degree (full-time) in quantitative fields like Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Economics from a Tier 1 institute (IITs or reputed universities) Masters is mandatory

- Candidates from high-pedigree backgrounds and leading organizations preferred (e.g. Mastercard, Amex, Fractal, EXL, Axtria)
