Role : Senior Solution Lead Pre-Sales & Solution Strategy

Experience : 7 to 12 Years

Work Mode : Remote

About the Role:

In this role, you will stand at the intersection of Sales, Delivery, Product, and Client Leadership, crafting solutions that directly shape and influence multi-million-dollar outcomes.

This is not a traditional RFP response role.

This is a strategic, high-IQ, high-ownership position where you:

- Shape the problem

- Design the solution

- Influence how we win and deliver

What You Will Own :

Deal Shaping & Pre-Sales Architecture :

- Convert ambiguous client needs into clear, compelling, technically credible architectures.

- Lead discovery workshops and define what a winning solution looks like.

- Build persuasive decks, narratives, and pricing models.

- Navigate between C-level business value and engineering depth.

- Own solution narratives across EOI/RFI/RFP responses, orals, and exec briefings.

- Generate high-level estimates with ROI-aligned value propositions (software, cloud, infra, licenses).

Cross-Domain Solution Engineering :

Own end-to-end solutions across :

- Applications: modernization, integration, greenfield builds

- Infra: cloud infra, DevOps, SRE, automation

- Security: IAM, governance, secure-by-design

- Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP architectures & optimization

- Tooling: AI models, ISV licenses, token usage

- AI expertise is essential, including:

Agentic automation :

- Private AI stacks (RAG, governance, observability)

- AI-enhanced apps, copilots, intelligent workflows

GTM & Productized Offerings :

- Convert capabilities into repeatable offerings and GTM assets.

- Build reference architectures, POVs, and reusable templates.

- Partner with Product, Delivery, and Marketing to refine GTM playbooks.

- You influence $6M+ annual revenue, with multiple $1M+ wins.

- Sales teams bring you in because you help deals close.

- Delivery teams trust your architectures and want to build them.

- You shape and contribute to strategic offerings and solution themes.

Required Experience :

- 7 to 12+ years in Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, or Consulting

- Proven ability to influence/close $1M+ deals

- Strong understanding of SDLC, modernization, cloud migration, infra ops

- Experience designing solutions with AI, automation, copilots, RAG, agent workflows

- Ability to build pricing models (T&M, fixed-price, managed services, outcome-based)

- Excellent communication & executive presentation skills

- Comfortable working with global teams
