Description :

The candidate is someone with considerable experience in ServiceNow development to include JavaScript, Web Services Integrations, and who wants to help transform.

IRM and SecOps capabilities across our client base. This candidate shall have aptitude of learning key cyber security and GRC topics.

Responsibilities :

- Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery

- Serve as a subject matter expert to the ServiceNow platform team responsible for analysis, design, development and implementation of modules and application on ServiceNow platform.

- Designing and implement software that is simple, intuitive and easy to use that will allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific business needs.

- Application Configuration leveraging SN platform UI/UX capabilities, business rules, flow designer, UI builder, UI pages, DB Views and others.

- Developing across the full stack of Web technologies Java, JavaScript, Angular.js, HTML and CSS.

- Development of required client specific reporting.

- Help transform business and technical requirements into implementation plans

- Document requirements, develop technical specifications, maintain architecture integration documentation.

- Interface with ServiceNow technical teams, such as Cloud Infrastructure, to successfully set up the SaaS platform.

- Formulate testing approach, develop test cases, and deploy code into Production in defined releases.

- Be a key member of the overall implementation project team.

- Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related.

- Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.

Experience/Skillsets :

- Has 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform.

- Certified in ServiceNow Platform Administration.

- Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in IRM.

- Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments for ServiceNow.

- Hands on experience on Tokyo, San Diego versions of ServiceNow.

- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc ) and of working in a SaaS environment.

- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).

- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery.

- Analyzing, designing and developing applications leveraging ServiceNow IRM, SecOps and platform capabilities.

- Developing various ServiceNow technical components leveraging the capabilities of the platform.

- Developing requirements leveraging web technologies is preferred Java, JavaScript, Angular js, HTML and CSS.

- Document requirements, develop technical specifications and low level design documentation.

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has :

- Has 2-4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform.

- Certified in ServiceNow Platform Administration.

- Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in IRM.

- Experience in one (or more) scripting languages : JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell) preferred.

- Hands on experience on Tokyo, San Diego version of ServiceNow.

- Experience with database design schemas and data modelling.

- Strong web application development with Java based server environments such as Apache Tomcat.

- Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML.

- Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications.

- Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.

- Strong requirements gathering experience.

- Ability to work with business users and clients.

- A background in Governance, Risk and Compliance software is highly desirable.
