Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients to thoroughly understand their business requirements, technical landscape, and strategic goals.

- Design comprehensive and scalable solution architectures leveraging AWS, Azure, GCP, and other relevant technologies to meet client needs and ensure long-term success.

- Develop detailed technical documentation, including solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides, to facilitate clear communication and efficient execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, to ensure alignment and successful solution delivery for our clients.

- Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, addressing technical challenges and ensuring a smooth transition to the new solution.

- Conduct value-based selling activities, demonstrating the ROI and business benefits of our solutions to clients and stakeholders.

- Manage and track project tasks and progress using Jira, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.

- Ensure solutions adhere to security and compliance best practices, mitigating risks and protecting client data.

- Facilitate change management activities, helping clients adapt to new processes and technologies, maximizing adoption and minimizing disruption.

- Integrate various systems and applications to create seamless and efficient workflows for clients, improving productivity and reducing operational costs.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and architect complex solutions leveraging cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Proven expertise in SQL and database technologies, with the ability to design and optimize data models.

- Strong understanding of system integration principles and experience integrating diverse systems and applications.

- Solid foundation in security and compliance basics, with the ability to design solutions that meet industry standards.

- Excellent technical documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
