- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP CAR/POS DM solutions and their integration with SAP Retail and POS systems.

- Manage and maintain all functional documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, test scripts, and user manuals.

- Ensure effective integration between POS systems, SAP CAR, SAP Retail, and other SAP core modules (MM, SD, FI).

- Proactively identify and propose innovative solutions to enhance business processes and system performance.

- Support business teams in issue resolution and provide expert-level guidance to ensure smooth operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of SAP CAR/POS functionality with overall enterprise architecture.

- Oversee the design and configuration of SAP CAR and POS DM systems, ensuring scalability and performance.

Skills and experience required :

- Expert and hands-on experience with POS system integration using SAP Retail and SAP CAR, especially areas around POS DM/DTA and other integration with other SAP Core modules

- Maintaining and updating all SAP CAR/POS DM functional documentation (Design Specifications, Configuration documents, Test Scripts, etc.)

- Proactively proposing solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes

- Support the business team with issues resolution and provide a solutions-based approach.

- Experience integrating SAP POS DM and / or SAP CAR with Point of Sale systems

- Good Understanding of Retail and Fashion business processes and having good communication skills

- Experience of Managing the Design and Configuration of SAP CAR/POS DM.

- Should have worked in at least 2-3 SAP Implementation Projects
