Senior Solution Architect - AWS/Azure Platform

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in Azure and AWS cloud platforms to lead large-scale enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of migrating complex workloads to the cloud, building secure and scalable architectures, and driving cloud adoption through automation and best practices.

This is a strategic leadership role that combines deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, governance, and advisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead enterprise-scale cloud migrations from on-premises or legacy environments to Azure or AWS, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum business continuity.

- Design and implement highly available, secure, and cost-optimized architectures, aligning with business objectives and compliance requirements.

- Act as a trusted advisor and technical lead on Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) implementation and Well-Architected Reviews.

- Develop automated cloud infrastructure deployments using Terraform, PowerShell, and other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.

- Architect and govern Azure networking components such as Virtual WAN, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, NSG/ASG, and Private Endpoints, with a strong emphasis on zero trust and hybrid connectivity.

- Drive security-by-design principles including identity governance, conditional access, encryption, SIEM integration, and compliance automation.

- Collaborate with CxOs, business stakeholders, security, and DevOps teams to translate complex business needs into scalable cloud solutions.

- Establish cloud governance models, landing zones, and DevSecOps pipelines as part of the organization's cloud operating model.

- Mentor and guide cloud engineers, solution consultants, and delivery teams on architecture best practices and frameworks.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 15+ years of total IT experience with a minimum of 10 years in cloud architecture and infrastructure design.

- Extensive experience in Azure and AWS cloud environments, including multi-account/multi-subscription models.

- Proven delivery of cloud migration projects involving at least 500 VMs or enterprise-scale workloads (SAP, SQL, legacy systems, etc.

- Deep hands-on knowledge of Terraform, PowerShell, and modern IaC deployment patterns.

- Strong command of Azure networking and security architecture, hybrid identity, firewalling, routing, and enterprise segmentation.

- Deep hands-on experience with Azure Security Centre, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, AWS Security Hub, and other native tools for threat detection, compliance, and posture management.

- Expertise in implementing identity and access controls using Azure RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access, and AWS IAM/SCP, aligned with Zero Trust principles.

- Proficient in governing cloud environments using Azure Policy, Initiatives, and AWS Config Rules to enforce security baselines and regulatory compliance.

- Expertise in implementing Well-Architected Frameworks (Azure & AWS) and aligning solutions with Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF).

- Broad knowledge of cloud automation, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, backup, DR, and compliance strategies.

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional

- Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500) OR AWS Security Specialty
