Role Overview :

As a Senior Solution Architect at Andor Tech, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that address complex business challenges for our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to understand their needs, define solution architectures, and ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our technology roadmap and driving the adoption of emerging technologies like GenAI and RAG.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and articulate comprehensive solution architectures that align with client business requirements and technical constraints.

- Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions using Azure Databricks and other relevant technologies.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and platforms to meet specific project needs.

- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, standards, and best practices.

- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.

- Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) projects to validate proposed solutions and demonstrate their value.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, particularly in the areas of GenAI and RAG, and assess their potential impact on our solutions.

- Contribute to the development of reusable components and frameworks to accelerate solution delivery.

- Ensure that solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex enterprise-level solutions using cloud technologies, particularly Azure.

- Proven expertise in Azure Databricks, including data engineering, data science, and machine learning workflows.

- Deep understanding of GenAI concepts and experience in building RAG-based applications.

- Strong knowledge of architectural patterns, design principles, and software development methodologies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Experience in working with diverse stakeholders and managing complex projects.
