Overview :

Were seeking a Senior Solution Analyst to join our centralized AI for Delivery team. This role focuses on transforming business processes using AI-enabled solutions within Power Platform and Copilot Studio, driving cost savings, faster delivery, and better outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with SMEs to analyze processes, capture requirements, and redesign workflows.

- Configure AI agents (Copilot Studio) through prompt editing and API connections.

- Translate business needs into solution charters, templates, and measurable outputs.

- Lead workshops, manage stakeholder engagement, and support adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

- Provide alternatives when platform limitations arise.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years in business analysis, system design, or solution delivery.

- Experience with CRM/ERP or enterprise transformation projects.

- Familiarity with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
