Job description :

- Together with the software team, develop a testing strategy for testing during the developmental phase.

- Develop the verification and validation strategy/plan that meets the SDLC requirements within the project timeline and resource constraints

- Develop software test cases to verify the software requirements.

- Execute non-function testing which involves accuracy, reliability, performance.

- Execute formal system verification testing together with the end users

- Support other projects during research phase of product development.

- Strong joint-ownership of teams deliverables.

- Ensuring the quality and reliability of web-based software

- Write Test cases and Test scenarios.

- Experience working with AGILE technologies and releases.

- Experience working with international teams.

- Strong understanding of Web and desktop based application development and deployment

- Working experience with Microsoft stack with strong technical skills

- Should have working knowledge of SOA testing principles

- Strong understanding of Test life cycle

- Test Planning : Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and create a test plan.

- Test Case Design : Create detailed test cases and test scenarios based on requirements, user stories, and design documents.

- Test Execution : Execute test cases manually or using automated testing tools.

- Automated Testing : Develop and maintain automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools like Selenium, WebDriver, or similar tools.

- Ensuring developed web applications are reliable, secure, and perform well, ultimately delivering a positive user experience.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills for documenting test cases, reporting defects, and collaborating with team members.

- The ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide detailed information to developers for debugging.

- A willingness to stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and industry trends.

- Time management and organization skills to prioritize and manage testing tasks efficiently.
