Job Summary :

As a Senior Software QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing the functionality, usability, and performance of new or existing software before it goes live. You will work closely with developers to provide feedback and ensure that our products are bug-free, efficient, and meet both customer and seller expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Review software requirements, prepare detailed test scenarios, and analyze system specifications.

- Participate in design reviews, providing input on requirements, product design, and potential issues.

- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results to ensure functionality and performance.

- Analyze test results for database impacts, errors, bugs, and usability issues.

- Prepare comprehensive reports on software testing outcomes and share findings with the design and development teams.

- Evaluate product code against specifications to ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Report bugs and errors to development teams and assist in troubleshooting.

- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing to validate product performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Utilize testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and API monitoring tools like New Relic, PM2, and Mixpanel.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and API testing tools.

- Knowledge of monitoring and analytics tools like New Relic, PM2, and Mixpanel.
