Mandatory Requirements :
- Experience 1. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in software/tech implementation within B2B SaaS companies (preferably global or US-based clients).
- Experience 2. Proven experience leading end-to-end SaaS product implementations including onboarding, workflow configuration, API integrations, data setup, and customer training.
- Experience 3. Strong technical understanding ability to write basic SQL queries, debug API workflows, and interpret JSON payloads for configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience 4. Prior work in post-sales environments managing customer success, adoption, and go-live delivery.
- Experience 5. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to resolve implementation issues.
- Experience 6. Must have worked in a B2B SaaS startup or growth-stage company.
- Role includes strong growth potential with team leadership opportunity within a few months.
- Experience 7. Experience in FinTech SaaS platforms such as billing, finance automation, or subscription management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
- Background in Computer Science or related field with basic coding experience.
- Experience 8. Implementation :
- Understand client billing models and accurately configure contracts, pricing, metering, and invoicing.
- Experience 9. Lead pilots and customer onboarding projects (38 weeks average timeline).
- Experience 10. Translate complex business requirements into structured, scalable workflows.
- Experience 11. Pre-Sales & Technical Discovery :
- Support sales through live demos, sandbox setup, and RFP responses.
- Participate in technical discovery calls to align platform capabilities with client needs.
- Experience 12. Maintain and update demo environments with relevant use cases.
- Experience 13. Internal Coordination & Escalation :
- Represent the customer voice internally and communicate product feedback to tech teams.
- Experience 13. Prepare structured handoff documentation for technical and product teams.
- Experience 14. Escalate issues and track timely resolution.
- Experience 15. Documentation & Enablement :
- Create client-specific implementation and onboarding documentation.
- Contribute to internal training material, product wikis, and knowledge bases.
- Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate :
- 3- 7 years of experience in SaaS product implementation, onboarding, or technical customer success.
- Comfortable working during US business hours.
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture and API workflows.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- High ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
- Prior exposure to finance-related SaaS products (billing, accounting, revenue recognition) is a plus.
