The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom domain analytics, test automation, and end-to-end quality assurance for large-scale data and analytics platforms.

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of telecom analytics solutions through rigorous testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for telecom analytics platforms.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and system testing.

- Validate large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and analytics workflows.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to identify and resolve defects.

- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for analytics and reporting systems.

- Ensure compliance with telecom standards, data integrity, and platform performance.

- Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for defect prevention.

- Document and maintain testing artifacts and test reports.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in telecom analytics platforms or big data testing.

- Hands-on expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Python, Java-based frameworks).

- Experience with SQL, data validation, and ETL testing.

- Understanding of telecom KPIs, OSS/BSS systems, and network analytics.

- Familiarity with Hadoop/Spark, data lakes, or cloud-based analytics platforms.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).

- Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured).

- Exposure to DevOps & CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).

- Domain certifications in Telecom or Data Analytics.
