We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Testing) to join our Telco Analytics Platform team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, data validation, and automation frameworks, with a focus on telecom domain analytics platforms.

This role involves ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of large-scale data analytics and AI-driven systems used for network intelligence and operational insights.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test automation scripts for Telco analytics applications.

- Validate end-to-end data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integrity across distributed systems.

- Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and data engineering teams to ensure high-quality software releases.

- Perform functional, regression, system integration, and performance testing for analytics components.

- Identify, analyze, and document defects and inconsistencies, ensuring timely resolution.

- Work on test automation frameworks for data-driven and API-based validation.

- Contribute to CI/CD integration of test automation and ensure continuous quality monitoring.

- Support testing in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Required Skills and Experience :

Must-Have :

- 58 years of experience in software testing with exposure to data analytics or telecom domain.

- Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing methodologies.

- Experience with Python/Java-based test automation frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Robot Framework, Selenium, TestNG).

- Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).

- Experience in SQL scripting for data validation and database testing.

- Good understanding of data processing frameworks (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, etc.)

- Experience in validating ETL pipelines and large data sets.

- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and version control tools (Git).

Good to Have :

- Experience in Telecom OSS/BSS, Network Analytics, or Telco data models.

- Exposure to Big Data ecosystems (Hive, HBase, Presto, Snowflake).

- Knowledge of containerized and microservices environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

- Cloud certification (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is an added advantage.
