Role : Technical Lead - Java

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead with 6 - 8 years of professional software engineering experience to design, develop, and deliver scalable, cloud-native software solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, end-to-end ownership of complex features, and the ability to mentor engineers and influence technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, cloud-native applications.

- Take end-to-end ownership of complex features, services, and systems, from design through deployment and production support.

- Apply strong knowledge of system design, distributed systems, and software architecture patterns.

- Develop high-quality software using at least one core technology stack such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Go.

- Lead technical discussions and make sound architecture and design decisions.

- Mentor engineers, conduct technical knowledge sharing, and support the professional growth of team members.

- Implement and promote modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, code quality, observability, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into robust software solutions.

- Identify technical challenges, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive solutions to completion.

- Communicate technical concepts, design decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Leverage AI-assisted development tools where appropriate to improve engineering productivity and software development efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 6 - 8 years of professional software engineering experience.

- Strong proficiency in at least one core programming language/technology stack, such as:

1. Python

2. Java

3. JavaScript / TypeScript

4. C#

5. Go

- Proven experience developing scalable, cloud-native applications.

- Strong understanding of:

1. System Design

2. Distributed Systems

3. Software Architecture

4. Design Patterns

- Demonstrated experience owning and delivering complex technical features or systems end-to-end.

- Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical guidance.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices.

- Strong understanding of testing, observability, reliability, and production engineering practices.
