About the Role :

- Leading the ServiceNow Development, Integrations, and implementations across one or more modules in ITSM, CSM, IRM-RC and SecOps ensuring all configurations, customisations, and integrations are implemented to the highest standards of quality and aligned to defined business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across modules including ITSM, CSM, IRM-RC, and SecOps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Develop, customize, and optimize ServiceNow components such as business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, and Flow Designer automations using JavaScript and Glide APIs.

- Design and manage system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub to enable seamless data exchange with external systems.

- Translate functional and non-functional business requirements into detailed technical specifications, scalable workflows, and efficient automation solutions.

- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure platform stability, security, and high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement, best practices, and successful delivery of ServiceNow implementations.

Skills and Competencies :

Technical Skills :

- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and workflow design.

- Strong understanding of system integrations using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.

- Experience in Flow Designer, orchestration, and API-based automation.

- Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.

- Contribute to the design, configuration, and build of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM (baseline) and other capability areas such as ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SPM.

- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into detailed technical specifications, workflows, and scripts.

- Develop and optimise business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and automated processes.

- Overall experience range of 4-8 Years can apply.

Qualifications and Certifications :

- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.

- One or more Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM).

- Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.

- ITIL v4 Foundation certification required
