Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer ServiceNow with strong integration, HRSD, and AppEngine experience.

The candidate will develop APIs, build workflows, and support enterprise ServiceNow deployments.

Key Responsibilities :

Integrations :

- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

- Ensure accurate data mapping, transformation, and validation.

Application Development :

- Build custom APIs and workflows using AppEngine, Creator Studio, and Glide scripting.

- Customize Incident, Change, Catalog, CMDB, and HRSD modules.

- Develop employee lifecycle workflows and support HR automation.

Quality & Documentation :

- Perform unit testing, regression testing, and support UAT.

- Prepare technical documentation, mapping sheets, design docs, and support manuals.

- Continuously improve platform performance and automation.

Preferred Certifications :

- ServiceNow Admin (CSA)

- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (HRSD/ITSM)

- CAD Application Developer

- CIS HR certification preferred
