- Research Salesforce capabilities and conduct gap analysis to tailor solutions to business needs.

- Design and develop custom applications and features using Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.

- Perform unit testing to validate business logic and ensure quality delivery.

- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to architecture planning and implementation.

- Engage actively in project discussions, daily stand-ups, and client meetings to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently by conducting root cause analysis.

- Manage deadlines and take ownership of deliverables from development through deployment.

- Customize Salesforce using configurations such as formulas, workflows, approval processes, custom objects, fields, sharing rules, page layouts, record types, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.

- Integrate Salesforce with other applications using REST API and Force.com platform APIs.

- Handle data migration from legacy applications to Salesforce using Data Loader.

- Deploy changes using change sets and Ant Migration Tool.

- Configure profiles and permission sets to manage user access.

- Utilize Salesforce DX for efficient development and deployment workflows.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases and best practices, especially Lightning Experience.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 2 years of relevant Salesforce development experience.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce customization using Apex Triggers, Classes, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.

- Proficient in Salesforce configurations including formulas, workflows, approval processes, custom objects, sharing rules, and permission sets.

- Experience with Salesforce integration techniques, including REST API.

- Proven experience with data migration using Data Loader.

- Skilled in deployment processes with change sets and Ant Migration Tool.

- Good understanding of Salesforce administration activities and security model (profiles, permission sets).

- Familiarity with Salesforce DX and Lightning Experience.
