Senior Software Engineer - RPA Platform

Description :

- Administer, manage, and monitor UiPath Orchestrator and all RPA production, UAT, and development environments.

- Handle bot provisioning, scheduling, deployment, and queue/asset management across multiple environments.

- Lead and manage bot migration, upgrades, patching, and environment configuration activities.

- Ensure smooth execution of automations by monitoring robot workloads, queues, logs, and execution health.

- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve environment, infrastructure, and bot execution issues.

- Maintain RPA platform availability, security, and performance in alignment with organization standards.

- Manage authentication, user access, roles, and governance controls for UiPath environments.

- Assist teams with infrastructure planning, capacity management, and scaling needs for new automation workloads.

- Ensure compliance with CoE guidelines, documentation standards, and architecture best practices.

- Review and deploy updated packages, new releases, and bug fixes in coordination with developers.

- Manage and maintain Orchestrator tenants, folders, robots, machines, and licenses.

- Implement and monitor alerts, logs, and dashboards to proactively identify issues.

- Support integration activities with partner systems, APIs, databases, and third-party services.

- Assist in conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure timely resolution of incidents.

- Ensure smooth RPA lifecycle activities : deployment, release management, environment readiness, and post-production support.

- Participate in audits, compliance checks, and maintenance of documentation such as SDDs, architecture diagrams, and access logs.

- Stay updated on UiPath platform enhancements, new features, and infrastructure best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in UiPath Administration (Orchestrator, Robots, Machines, Tenants).

- Expertise in bot deployment, monitoring, scheduling, and user access management.

- Experience handling automations built across Web, Excel, PDF, Mainframe, and Citrix applications.

- Familiarity with OCR tools (Google OCR, Microsoft OCR).

- Strong troubleshooting skills with understanding of logs, queues, and Orchestrator diagnostics.

- Knowledge of RPA architecture, governance, CoE standards, and environment setup.

- Experience with upgrades, migrations, and environment configuration.

- Exposure to working with API integrations, Windows Server environments, SQL databases, and security controls is a plus.

- Ability to collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams for scalable RPA delivery.

- Strong documentation skills for environment management and release processes.
