Job Title : Senior Software Developer (Python + Generative AI)

Experience : 4 - 6 Years

Location : Pune (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications using Python. A significant part of this will involve working with LLMs and GenAI libraries, particularly LangChain and LangGraph, to build intelligent solutions.

- System Integration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven applications seamlessly into existing enterprise systems. This requires a strong understanding of how to connect and make different software components work together.

- Performance & Scalability : Ensure the applications you develop are reliable, high-performing, and can scale effectively in a hybrid cloud environment.

- Deployment & Automation : Utilize modern deployment tools like Docker and Kubernetes for containerization. You will also be involved in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment process.

- Cloud Operations : Leverage cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure, for hosting and scaling the AI solutions you develop.

- Technical Leadership : Contribute to architectural discussions and technical designs. You will also be expected to advocate for and implement best coding practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4- 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Developer.

- Proven Python programming expertise with a strong command of its ecosystem.

- Direct, hands-on experience with LLM and GenAI frameworks, with LangChain and LangGraph being mandatory.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills to identify and fix complex technical issues.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

Good to Have Skills :

- Proficiency in containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure. Knowledge of AWS or GCP is also beneficial.
