Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer / Lead Decisioning Architect (LDA) with extensive experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and deep expertise in Pega Decisioning and Marketing components.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Pega 8.x frameworks, NBA Designer configurations, AI models, and end-to-end decisioning processes.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to conceptualize complex marketing and decisioning use cases.

Key Responsibilities :

Pega Decisioning & CDH Expertise :

- Lead the design and implementation of decisioning solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).

- Utilize 5+ years of Pega Decisioning experience to architect and optimize customer engagement strategies.

- Work extensively with NBA Designer configurations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Understand and modify OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) autogenerated rules and frameworks.

Marketing & Engagement Execution :

- Apply strong knowledge of Pega 8.x Marketing components to support inbound and outbound customer engagement flows.

- Customize marketing framework components based on the business use case and best practices.

- Visualize and conceptualize marketing problem statements and translate them into Pega strategies.

Technical Implementation & Configuration :

Build, modify, and optimize core CDH components including :

- Strategies

- Data flows

- Campaigns

- Segments

- AI Models

- Interaction History (IH) and related summaries/reports

- Manage nodes, DDS (Decision Data Store), and Admin Studio configurations to ensure optimal system performance.

Inbound & Outbound Decisioning :

- Configure and monitor inbound and outbound processes within NBA Designer.

- Ensure seamless orchestration between data ingestion, decisioning, and action distribution.

System Administration & Monitoring :

- Use Pega Admin Studio to manage nodes, troubleshoot performance issues, and maintain healthy decisioning operations.

- Oversee configurations related to data sources, DDS partitions, and system settings relevant to CDH.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 9+ years of total IT experience, with :

- At least 5+ years in Pega Decisioning

- At least 4+ years in Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub)

- Strong expertise in Pega 8.x Decisioning and Marketing components.
