Summary :

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will apply deep technical expertise across Microsoft technologies, Pega, cloud platforms, and workflow automation tools to design, build, and support enterprise-grade applications. You'll ensure solutions meet performance, reliability, and compliance standards- especially within the context of payment operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable applications using Power Platform, .NET, SQL Server, and Pega.

- Build secure, cloud-native and hybrid solutions for Azure, AWS, and on-premise systems.

- Develop and integrate APIs, automation workflows, and scalable services.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment, environment, and performance issues.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.

- Use AI and analytics to enhance system intelligence and automation.

- Develop testing frameworks, architecture documentation, and observability solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, efficient payment system solutions.

Skills & Experience :

- 710 years of experience with Power Platform, .NET, and SQL Server.

- Strong background in database design, performance tuning, and data encryption.

- Experience in enterprise application development (cloud and on-prem).

- Knowledge of payments processing, data compliance, and secure coding practices.

- Hands-on experience with Pega, API integrations, and workflow automation tools.

- Proficiency in CI/CD, especially using Azure DevOps and GitHub.

- Experience with monitoring tools, AI-driven automation, and observability frameworks.

- Effective communicator and team player, especially in onshore-offshore models.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Pega CSA or equivalent certification preferred.
