We are looking for a skilled OutSystems Developer for Senior Software Engineer / Associate Lead roles, who can build scalable, low-code applications with speed and precision. This role blends development, design thinking, and platform expertise to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop applications using the OutSystems platform

- Translate business requirements into scalable low-code solutions

- Build and integrate APIs and external systems

- Perform application customization, enhancement, and optimization

- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability

- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

- Troubleshoot issues and perform debugging and root cause analysis

- (For Associate Lead) Mentor junior developers and drive module-level ownership

Requirements :

- 5 to 8 years of experience in application development

- Hands-on expertise in OutSystems platform (mandatory)

- Strong understanding of web technologies and integrations (APIs, REST services)

- Experience in application architecture and solution design

- Good knowledge of database concepts (SQL)

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
