About the Opportunity :

We are building a new Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bangalore focused on developing scalable technology platforms, internal systems, and operational infrastructure for global business functions.

We are looking for strong engineering professionals on a contract basis who can contribute immediately in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment.

Role Overview :

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help design, build, and scale core platforms, portals, and internal systems. The role requires hands-on expertise across backend development, frontend engineering, cloud infrastructure, and scalable architecture.

This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who enjoy building systems end-to-end and working in high-ownership environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable backend systems and platform services

- Build and maintain modern web applications and internal portals

- Develop API-first architectures and integration frameworks

- Work on cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and system reliability

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and observability

- Collaborate with global product, operations, and engineering teams

- Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices

Required Skills & Experience :

Backend :

- Experience building scalable, production-grade applications

- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication, and system design

Frontend :

- Experience with React preferred

Cloud & Infrastructure :

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, containers, monitoring, and infrastructure best practices

Additional Requirements :

- API-first architecture and integration experience

- Product engineering or startup experience highly preferred

- Ability to work effectively in fast-moving environments with strong ownership

Preferred Profile :

- Engineers who enjoy building from scratch and scaling systems

- Comfortable working across backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers

- Experience in startup or product-led organizations is a plus
