The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft technologies, a deep understanding of healthcare data standards, and a proven ability to lead and contribute to complex projects.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions using .NET, .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

- Drive the successful delivery of software features and enhancements on time and with high quality, aligned with project timelines and business requirements.

- Ensure all developed software components are thoroughly tested, performant, and maintainable.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

- Act as a subject matter expert in .NET/Core, SQL Server, and healthcare EDI, offering insights and solutions to complex technical challenges.

- Contribute to technical design discussions and architectural reviews, ensuring sound technical decisions are made.

- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and stability issues in existing systems, particularly within Windows Server environments.

- Optimize SQL Server queries and database schema for improved application performance and scalability.

- Ensure the operational health of applications, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of production incidents.

- Champion and implement best practices for CI/CD, leveraging Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.

- Automate build, test, and deployment procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Ensure all software development adheres to healthcare industry standards and regulations, particularly concerning EDI (835, 837, 999).

- Actively participate in defining and implementing solutions that meet the specific needs and compliance requirements of the healthcare domain.

- Effectively collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, define solutions, and resolve issues.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What you will bring :

- 5+ years of experience managing Windows Server based infrastructure.

- Experience in large scale server system operations.

- Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (.NET/CORE, SQL Server, Angular).

- Demonstrable skills in utilizing scripting languages like PowerShell.

- SQL Server query design and optimization.

- Full understanding Microsoft Office products, Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio.

- 5+ years of .NET Windows Services, Web Service, Website development and design expertise for high volume, low-latency processing software utilizing C# and .NET CORE.

- Experience with the software development lifecycle, continuous integration/continuous delivery and full understanding of the software repository and deployment tools Azure Dev Ops and Azure Pipelines.

- Hands on experience working with SQL Server 2016+.

- Experience using Jira.

- 3+ years developing software utilizing the SAFe Development Methodology.

- Strong understanding of EDI (835,837i, 837p, 999, etc.).

- Minimum bachelors degree and experience in healthcare software.

- 3+ years of experience utilizing Healthcare Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) ASC X12 standards 835, 837, 999.

- Experience working with a healthcare-based systems.
