- Tech Stack (Mandatory) :

.NET Core, React.js, AWS or Azure, OOPs, Design Principles, Security, APIs.

Essential Skills & Qualifications :

- Mandatory

- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering.

- Strong expertise in React.js (Next.js preferred) and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with .NET Core (Node.js exposure is a plus).

- Solid understanding of OOPs, design principles, and secure coding practices.

- Strong experience in API design (REST and/or GraphQL).

- Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.

- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

Core Expertise:

- Web engineering with accessible, performant UI development.

- Strong testing mindset: TDD/BDD, unit, integration, e2e, and contract testing.

- Observability using metrics, logs, traces (OpenTelemetry mindset).

- Experience reviewing, validating, and improving AI-generated code.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

- Event-driven and async systems (Kafka, EventHub).

- Caching and performance optimization (Redis, CDN, Edge).

- Databases: PostgreSQL, Aurora, pragmatic NoSQL, migrations, and data modeling.

- Cloud & IaC: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Bicep.

- AI feature delivery: structured outputs, RAG, agentic patterns, evaluation frameworks.

- Accessibility audits, performance budgeting, synthetic monitoring.
