Senior Software Engineer - MS Dynamic CRM Developer (8-12 years)

Role Overview :

As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in MS Dynamics CRM, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions that enhance our core business operations. This role involves hands-on development within the MS Dynamics 365 platform, with a particular focus on leveraging and customizing the Field Service Module to optimize our service delivery processes. You will also be responsible for building robust integration layers using Java and Spring Boot, connecting our CRM ecosystem with various enterprise applications. Working closely with product managers, business analysts, and cross-functional engineering teams, your contributions will directly impact operational efficiency, elevate customer experience, and drive strategic business growth through seamless and intelligent CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance solutions within MS Dynamics 365 CRM, focusing on custom entities, workflows, plugins, and integrations, to meet evolving business requirements.

- Lead the configuration and customization of the MS Dynamics Field Service Module, ensuring optimal functionality for service scheduling, resource management, and mobile workforce enablement for field operations teams.

- Develop and maintain robust integration layers using Java and Spring Boot, connecting MS Dynamics CRM with various internal and external systems, to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conduct thorough code reviews, and champion best practices in software development and CRM customization, fostering a high-performing team environment.

- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to MS Dynamics CRM and integrated systems, optimizing application performance and stability, to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers to translate intricate business needs into precise technical specifications and deliver solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Proven expertise in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including customisations, configurations, plugins, workflows, and integrations.

- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with the MS Dynamics Field Service Module, encompassing scheduling, resource optimization, and mobile client capabilities.

- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for building scalable, high-performance APIs and integration services.

- Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Service Bus) for cloud-native integrations and deployments.

- Solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of tackling complex technical challenges and proposing innovative solutions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and lead technical initiatives effectively.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable institution.
