Senior Software Engineer - MEAN/MERN Stack

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in web and mobile application development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy web and mobile applications.

- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and deliver project objectives.

- Lead projects and mentor team members to ensure successful execution and delivery.

- Analyze complex problems and provide effective technical solutions.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and proactively learn and adopt new tools and frameworks.

- Contribute to architecture discussions and support end-to-end product development activities.

- Participate in Agile development practices, planning, estimations, and sprint execution.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development.

- Strong programming expertise in web and mobile application development using MEAN or MERN

Stack.

- Working knowledge of Python and/or Ruby.

- Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices including Git, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.

- Exposure to cloud technologies and modern application deployment practices.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and estimation techniques.

- Strong knowledge of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and end-to-end

development processes.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
