Senior Software Engineer - LabVantage LIMS

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer LIMS Developer to join our remote team. This role involves maintaining, configuring, and enhancing the LabVantage LIMS platform, ensuring compliance with industry standards while supporting global laboratory operations.

Responsibilities :

- Perform routine maintenance and configuration on the LabVantage LIMS platform.

- Develop new features, reports, and enhancements as per business needs.

- Provide application support, coordinating with software vendors when required.

- Maintain systems in a compliant environment to control risks and improve productivity.

- Collaborate with Lab Operations to meet system requirements within analytical services.

- Assist with global project implementations supporting lab automation and compliance initiatives.

- Manage support issues and requests using Jira Ticketing and Azure DevOps.

- Participate in bi-weekly sprints, maintaining user stories and tasks to development standards.

- Ensure smooth integration of new systems and software with existing processes.

- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in IT, Laboratory Systems, or a Scientific field.

- Hands-on experience with LabVantage (LIMS), Jasper Reporting Platform, and feature deployment.

- Experience in a cGMP compliant Analytical Lab with knowledge of Part 11 compliance and validation.

- Preferred knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, LabVantage SAP RFC Interface, JBoss Web Server, and Microsoft Development Tools.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional, multicultural teams.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
