Role Overview :

As a Senior Software Engineer based in Gurugram, you will serve as a technical anchor for our core engineering team, driving the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance backend systems.

You will work in close collaboration with product managers, architects, and cross-functional engineering squads to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

By leveraging your expertise in Java and microservices, you will directly influence the reliability and efficiency of our platform, ensuring that our digital infrastructure can support rapid growth and deliver seamless experiences to our global user base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-throughput microservices using Java and Spring Boot to ensure system modularity and ease of maintenance.

- Design scalable system architectures that handle high-concurrency traffic, directly improving platform uptime and user satisfaction.

- Integrate advanced AI capabilities using LangChain to enhance product intelligence and automate complex workflows for our end users.

- Build and maintain secure, efficient RESTful Webservices that facilitate seamless communication between distributed system components.

- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles, reducing time-to-market for critical feature releases.

- Mentor junior engineers through rigorous code reviews and technical guidance, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and best practices.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated mastery in building enterprise-grade applications using Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem, with a deep understanding of multi-threading and memory management.

- Proven ability to design and document complex system architectures, ensuring long-term scalability and alignment with business objectives.

- Hands-on experience in deploying and managing microservices in production environments, coupled with a strong grasp of CI/CD methodologies and DevOps automation tools.

- Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful Webservices, with a focus on API security, versioning, and performance optimization.

- Experience working with LangChain or similar frameworks to integrate Large Language Models into existing software stacks.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative problem-solving sessions.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field, combined with the ability to thrive in a high-energy, hybrid work environment in Gurugram.

- Candidates must possess 5 to 8 years of relevant software development experience to be considered for this position.
