About the Role :

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Software Engineer to join our core engineering team and help build scalable, high-impact products from the ground up.

This is an individual contributor role where you will work on solving complex problems in the Indian consumer fintech space and play a key role in shaping the product and platform architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end product development: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring

- Design and build scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA

- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance

- Proactively identify bugs, edge cases, and system risks before production

- Drive technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions

Required Qualifications :

- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience as a software engineer (preferably in product/startup environments)

- Strong proficiency in Java and hands-on experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles

- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals

- Experience in building and scaling backend systems and APIs

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
