Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, test, implement, and support resilient software solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, independent problem-solving ability, and experience across software development, cloud technologies, application monitoring, testing, and CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable and resilient software solutions.

- Analyze and document current-state and future-state processes, identifying changes required to achieve target capabilities.

- Recommend technical improvements to enhance software quality, application performance, infrastructure, and user experience.

- Contribute to software architecture decisions, technical strategy, and technology roadmaps.

- Design, automate, execute, and analyze complex software tests to validate application functionality, performance, and reliability.

- Implement comprehensive application monitoring and observability to identify performance and stability issues.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Software Engineers to define and deliver product roadmaps.

- Support and guide CI/CD activities, including code integration, automated testing, and software builds.

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, supporting their professional and technical development.

Tech Stack :

- Java Backend, Spring Boot, REST API, GCP, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, Docker, Kubernetes.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Experience with object-oriented/component-oriented software development.

- Strong experience with database interfaces, SQL, and database design.

- Experience with cloud computing, cloud infrastructure, and cloud-based services.

- Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, root-cause analysis, and problem-resolution capabilities.

Experience & Education :

- 3-6 years of relevant software development experience.

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
