What Youll Do :

As a Senior Software Engineer, youll :

- Design and build distributed, cloud-native backend systems using Java (Spring Boot) and REST APIs

- Architect scalable microservices using Kafka or RabbitMQ for messaging

- Implement CQRS and Event Sourcing patterns in production-grade environments

- Ensure Zero Trust security across API and data layers

- Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration and API Gateways (e.g., Kong)

- Integrate with Oracle databases and enterprise data systems

- Define IAM best practices and secure communication across services

- Mentor junior engineers, lead design reviews, and drive system-level architecture decisions

Must-Haves :

- 8+ years in backend development with Java, Spring Boot

- Real-world experience in Kafka / RabbitMQ and event-driven architecture

- Strong grasp of Microservices, CQRS, and Event Sourcing

- Hands-on with Kubernetes, API Gateways (Kong, Apigee), and secure API practices

- Experience with Oracle or similar enterprise databases

- Familiarity with IAM protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, etc.)

- Strong architecture and mentoring experience
