Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance Java-based applications.

- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and other developers to deliver business requirements.

- Participate in system design discussions, technical reviews, and code reviews.

- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services and databases.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability.

- Ensure application security, scalability, and availability.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

- Work in Agile/Scrum development environments and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- Strong knowledge of Core Java, Collections, Multithreading, and OOP concepts.

- Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and Microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in REST API development and integration.

- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

- Familiarity with build and deployment tools like Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, or Docker.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Kafka, Redis, or messaging systems.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or Mockito.
