Job Title : Senior Software Engineer (Golang + AWS)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level software development. In this role, you will design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications while collaborating with clients, product teams, and senior stakeholders.

Must Have Technical Skills :

Backend : Golang (5+ years)

Frontend : React or Angular (2+ years)

Database : PostgreSQL

Cloud & Tools : AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, SES), Maven, Ant, Event Sourcing

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain medium to large-scale projects

- Write modular, reusable, and high-quality code following TDD, code reviews, and best practices

- Collaborate on architectural decisions and maintain proper technical documentation

- Debug, optimize, and enhance legacy systems while building proof-of-concepts for new features

- Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and security of applications

- Automate deployments and implement CI/CD pipelines

- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate emerging technologies

- Communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams

- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

- Analyze recurring issues, determine root causes, and implement preventive solutions

- Promote adherence to organizational standards, culture, and best practices

Requirements :

- Minimum 7+ years of professional software development experience

- Proven track record in building and maintaining consumer applications, API services, and integration solutions

- Expertise in delivering performant, reliable, scalable, and secure code

- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and pixel-perfect applications

- Proactive mindset with ownership, accountability, and initiative

- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, technology experts, and product teams
