About the Role :

Our client is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) who can do more than write great code, someone who can lead. You will be a core builder on a product that is changing how Non-Resident Indians bank and invest globally. This means working across the full stack, making technical decisions that matter, and mentoring a small team while collaborating closely with product and business leaders.

What the Role Entails :

- Lead the design, development, and optimisation of full-stack systems - Python/Django on the backend, React Native/JavaScript on the frontend

- Build secure, scalable payment and transaction systems with clean third-party integrations

- Architect for performance, maintainability, and long-term scale

- Guide and mentor a team of 2-3 engineers, run code reviews, and uphold strong engineering standards

- Collaborate across product and business teams to translate requirements into solid technical implementations

- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the entire stack

The Role Holder :

- You have 4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with demonstrated technical leadership

- You are strong in Python, Django/Flask, and backend system design

- You are proficient in React Native, JavaScript, and modern frontend architectures

- You have hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and efficient data modelling

- You are familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

- You have experience scaling backend systems and managing high-traffic, secure platforms> ideally in payments

- You have a strong grasp of API architecture, integrations, and service design

- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
