Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer Full Stack to join our Financial Services team and contribute to building scalable, high-performance cloud-based products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the delivery of scalable, performant, and high-quality cloud-based applications across frontend and backend systems

- Build and develop products using NodeJS, Python, and React

- Collaborate with senior architects on system design, architecture, and technology decisions

- Contribute to the product development roadmap and engineering direction

- Conduct code reviews and drive engineering best practices

- Mentor and guide team members aligned with product requirements

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of software development experience

- Strong full-stack development experience with NodeJS, Python, React, and TypeScript

- Hands-on experience with message-based systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis

- Strong expertise in PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases including MongoDB

- Strong understanding of scalable systems and cloud-based product development

- Experience working in Product Companies only

Eligibility Criteria :

- B.Tech / Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.Tech / Integrated MSc/MS) from Tier-1 Engineering Institutes

- Candidates from other institutes will be considered only if they come from top-tier product companies

- Comfortable working in a Hybrid model (2 days WFO)

Preferred Experience :

- Experience in FinTech, Payments, POS, or Retail products

- Experience in mentoring, coaching, or guiding engineering teams
