Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack Development

About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to build and scale high-performance, cloud-based systems in the Financial Services domain.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy working across backend-heavy systems + modern frontend, and have experience building scalable, distributed applications in product environments.

What Youll Do :

Full Stack Development :

- Design, develop, and scale robust backend systems using Node.js or Python

- Build responsive and performant frontend applications using React & TypeScript

- Develop high-quality, maintainable, and testable code

System Design & Architecture :

- Work on scalable system design, APIs, and microservices architecture

- Collaborate with architects on technology decisions and product roadmap

- Contribute to building distributed, high-availability systems

Performance & Scalability :

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability

- Work with message-based systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis)

- Handle large-scale data and high-throughput systems

Ownership & Mentorship :

- Take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery

- Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices

- Mentor and guide junior engineers

Collaboration :

- Work closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams

- Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

What Were Looking For (Must Have) :

- 6+ years of experience in software development

- Strong backend experience in Node.js or Python

- Frontend experience with React & TypeScript

- Experience with message queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ / Redis)

- Strong knowledge of databases - PostgreSQL & NoSQL (MongoDB, etc.)

- Solid understanding of system design, APIs, and microservices architecture

- Experience working in product-based companies

- Strong coding, problem-solving, and debugging skills

- B.Tech / M.Tech (Tier-1 institutes preferred)

Good to Have :

- Experience in FinTech / Payments / POS / Retail systems

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Experience building high-scale, distributed systems

- Prior experience in mentoring or leading engineers
