Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our engineering team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will work across both front-end and back-end systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services to support application functionality.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, designers, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes to maintain high engineering standards.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues.

- Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and best practices.

- Mentor junior engineers and support team knowledge sharing.

- Continuously evaluate and improve development tools, frameworks, and processes.

Requirements / Qualifications :

Education & Experience :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer.

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Experience in backend development, API design, and server-side frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience working with cloud platforms and containerized environments is preferred.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and secure coding practices.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical initiatives.

Soft Skills :
