Senior Software Engineer - Embedded System

Description :

What Youll Do :

- Understand existing codebases and implement new features per customer requirements

- Interface with hardware using I2C, SPI, UART, NFC, Qi, Bluetooth protocols

- Build test automation and scripting for system validation

- Collaborate with hardware, systems, and QA teams for robust firmware design

- Document designs, processes, and debug findings effectively

- Use version control (GIT) and issue tracking (JIRA)

Qualifications & Skills :

- 5 - 10 years of hands-on embedded firmware development

- Proficient in Embedded C, working knowledge of Python

- Strong understanding of embedded communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART)

- Experience with wireless power protocols like Qi, NFC, Bluetooth is highly desirable

- Familiarity with IDEs like Eclipse, VSCode, and firmware debugging

- Knowledge of MATLAB, embedded test frameworks is a plus

- Able to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have :

- Exposure to RTOS-based development or low-power firmware

- Familiarity with oscilloscopes, HW debuggers (Picoscope, J-Link), E-loads
